NEW SPRING WINES AVAILABLE TO TASTE*

Starting on Friday, March 13th, all new Spring Allocation wines will be available at the Tasting Room for members to taste. Work your way through the new lineup and customize your Allocation up until Saturday, April 4th.

*New wines will only be available for members to taste.

MARCH 18th:
WINE WEDNESDAY “VINEYARD TO GLASS: EXPLORING GRENACHE”

LOCATION: TASTING ROOM
TIME: 6:00 - 8:00pm

Join us for our March Wine Wednesday class where we'll be exploring one of the world's most planted grapes (and Joey's second favorite) - Grenache! This guided wine education experience will take you through the nuance of Grenache across vineyards, vintages, and winemaking styles. Your ticket includes:

  • 3-4 rounds of tastings

  • Iconic Grenache benchmarks from California and beyond

  • Printed Bivium tasting card

  • Light snacks and palate cleansers

  • Special access to night-of-only Grenache offers

BYOV: Vinyl Night At The Tasting Room

We'll be spinning our favorite records all night long. BYOV (bring your own vinyl) if you want to join in!

MARCH 21st:
BIVIUM SPRING SOIREE

LOCATION: BARREL ROOM
TIME: 5:00 - 10:00pm

To kick off the Spring Season, we're hosting a Soiree at the Barrel Room!

Join us and enjoy plenty of wine, live music, pastries from BakesxJake, Sourdough & Charcuterie boxes from BreadBasket Bake House, a bloom bar, and a special visit from The Wandering Shelf mobile bookstore.

No tickets required, first come first served!

Chapter Wine By The Glass
